An auxiliary language for the world
Monda is an artificial auxiliary language designed in China by He Yafu in 2002. Monda is not intended to replace any national language. Rather, it is intended to be a universal second language for the world. As such, the Monda language is designed with the following goals:
- Easy to learn, easy to use
- You can become a competent reader of Monda after just one weekend of study. The grammar is very simple, the pronunciation is very simple and the vocabulary is very simple.
- International
- Invented in China, Monda borrows concepts and vocabulary from a large number of languages: English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, etc. Monda is designed to be as culturally neutral as possible, without making it difficult to learn.
